Martin Glenn was named Deputy City Manager in 2004, after serving as an Assistant City Manager since 1992. Previously, Mr. Glenn had worked in the City of Garland’s Planning Department in various capacities since 1979. He also served his country in the U.S. Army in the early 1970s.
Mr. Glenn is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association, the City Planners Association of Texas and the North Texas City Management Association.
