On-Line Permitting Site
 
The City of Garland has chosen to use an independent company to facilitate the on-line permitting process.
 
This site is secure and works in conjunction with existing software and will ensure that permits are issued according to City standards.
 
This site will allow you to research existing permits; schedule inspections for current projects; apply for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Irrigation permits; and submit complaints.  Additionally, this site will allow contractors to pay for fees on-line, once the permit has been approved for issuance; and for those contractors who are unfortunate enough to receive a re-inspection fee, you will be able to pay for these fees on-line.
 
However, you MUST be registered on the site and an authorized user to pull permits and schedule inspections through the site.  Please follow the steps through the site in order to register. 
 
To research permits no registration is required; for those who wish to submit complaints on-line, you must register but you are not required to be validated.
