All contractors must be registered with the City as a contractor. All residential rental and non-residential properties must have State licensed and City registered contractors complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Important Information regarding permits /inspection process.
|

|
Contractor Registration Application: All contractors must be registered with the City to conduct work within the City limits. In accordance with State law plumbers no longer pay any registration fees but are still required to register with the City.

|
Subcontractor Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Permit Application: The same form is used for all three trades.
|
|
|
Telephone (Inspection) Directions: Brochure that explains how to call inspections (including inspection codes) in through the Automated telephone system.
